INTRODUCTION
The commercial relations between Amica and buyers are exclusively governed by the following conditions of sale, and excludes any other agreement unless agreed in writing.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The technical information resident on the Amica website, are subject to changes and adjustments without notice.
ORDERS
Orders will only be accepted in written form by e-mail (internet). filling in all the fields of the format as required. Amica reserves the right to accept orders online only after verifying the reliability of the data provided.
PRICES
All prices listed on the current price list are in US Dollar and are inclusive of GST. All the prices on the above list may result in an automatic update without the obligation to give prior notice.
EXECUTION OF ORDERS
Amica reserves the right to partially fulfill orders even if the buyer does not request in writing that your order must be processed in a complete or strictly within a specified time. Nothing can be charged to Amica to a delay in processing of the products ordered should there be an unexpected cause independent of the will of Amica.
SHIPPING AND RATES
Shipments will be made by the carriers available at that time or at that time under our contract to care for Amica. In the case of the carrier responsible in any way by the buyer, Amica disclaims any responsibility after the goods have left its warehouses.
DELIVERY

INTEGRITY 'OF GOODS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may request to withdraw from the contract and Amica reserves the acceptance of cancellation of the same. The cancellation will have to be made exclusively in writing, within 10 days of receipt of goods, by sending a notice to Amica by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Provided that it still follow within 2 days of the regular recommended.
RETURN OF GOODS
The return of the material, in any form, must be requested by e-mail to . The request will have to be clearly stated the reason for the return, in addition to citing references of the invoice with which Amica sold products. The return of the material can only be done after receiving from Amica, by e-mail, reply to the request .. Products must be returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging or, if not sufficient, repackaged so as to ensure safe transportation. The shipment will have to be made exclusively prepaid and Amica she will not be charged for any damage caused by negligence or neglect of the carrier. the return will have to be received no later than 30 days from the response to the request for replacement of the goods, this past term the demand decadera automatically.
WARRANTIES AND ITS PERFORMANCE
Amica, guarantees its guests the products, in addition to the term established (7 days), for a period of time not quantifiable.For minor repairs, the customer will not be charged any fees in addition to shipping charges, while for larger repairs, replacements for leather, etc ..., will be charged the actual cost of labor and materials used for the repair, without any gain on the part of the company.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
tampering, negligence, transport and anything else outside of the control of Amica.
RESPONSIBILITY 'THIRD PARTIES
The buyer agrees to indemnify Amica from any dispute with the end user assuming the buyer is obliged to check a priori the quality of the product. It is expressly understood that Amica undertakes, only as required by warranty clause, only in respect of its first buyer.
